Exchange & Replacement Policy

Dear Customer,  we have a very simple and hassle free exchange policy.

If a manufacture defect is determined within the Returns Window , a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.  If no defect is confirmed  within 10 days of delivery, the product can not be exchanged and not eligible for any exchange or refund process.

Exchange  Criteria:

1) Any damage or defect should be from manufacture side, We take all videos and photos of each products before we deliver to our customer during quality check.

2) If the damage or defect is identified from customer side , please check with our customer care compliants@dyvnetouch.com , we are happy to help you and assist you to fix the issue with minimal service charges .

3) if product is damaged during courier delivery , you need to report to our customer care compliants@dyvnetouch.com immediately, with all the evidence images and videos . We will share this details with our delivery partner. Once we receive the product back,  we will initiate a exchange request for a new copy of the same model as soon as possible with no extra cost.
